9 Hockey Management client Charles-Anthony Barbeau has signed with Bélougas de Toulouse-Blagnac of the FFHG Division 2.
Barbeau moves to Toulouse, having previously spent the past four seasons with SUNY-Fredonia in NCAA Division III, where he was one of standout netminders in the league.
The 24-year-old Canadian turns pro, as he plays the 2026/27 in France.
