9 Hockey Management client Vincent Milot-Ouellet has signed with Les Remparts de Tours of the FFHG Division 1 (2nd level in France).
Vincent moves to France for the first time, having spent the last five season’s at the University of Québec-Trois-Rivières in USports.
The 26-year-old Canadian also played in the QMJHL with Gatineau Olympiques and Chicoutimi Saguenéens.
